RSA annual conference

Each year in late March or early April, the Renaissance Society of America (RSA) hosts a major international scholarly conference. The location of that conference rotates between different U.S. cities; every five years the conference is held outside the USA. More details about the RSA Annual Meeting can be found here: https://www.rsa.org/

As an Associate Organization of the RSA, the NERC is entitled to submit several panels each year. The panels must be approved by the NERC President at least two weeks prior to the regular deadline for RSA conference submissions (in 2020, that is Aug. 15th). All presenters must be current members of the RSA. More information about the RSA Associate Organizations can be found here:  https://www.rsa.org/page/AssociateOrgs
Assuming that the proposals comply with all RSA guidelines, these NERC-sponsored panels are automatically accepted by the RSA.

For the RSA 2021 conference in Dublin, proposals must be submitted to the NERC  by August 1, 2020.  Ideally a proposal will be for an entire panel or roundtable; the NERC President will consider individual paper proposals as time and space permit. Full details about Submission Guidelines are on the RSA website, at: https://www.rsa.org/page/2019SubmissionsGuide#cfp
